Joining AMS-IX gives you the opportunity to connect to a multitude of networks and improve your network performance. Connecting to AMS-IX is easy, just choose the path that is right for you.
There are two simple ways to connect to AMS-IX.
Are you located at one of our colocations?
Then you can connect to AMS-IX Hong Kong directly at the colocation where we have a presence (Sino Favour datacenter).
What do you need to do to join us?
- Own an ASN. If you don't have an ASN, you can request one at your Local or Regional Internet Registry: RIPE-NCC, APNIC, LACNIC, ARIN.
- Fill in the application form and order a connection in our customer portal (under the ‘Connections’ tab).
- Sign a Connection Agreement.
What happens once you have signed the contract?
- We will provide you with the demarcation/assignment details of your connection. With these, you will be able to request a cross connect (if applicable). You will also receive the IP address and instructions to configure your equipment correctly.
- Once you have completed the configuration (and, if applicable, the cross connect is connected), please contact our NOC team. They will help you test the connection and bring it into production.

All you need to do to join us is:

- Contact your chosen partner directly and they will arrange a connection for you.
