Get Started

Joining AMS-IX Bangkok gives you direct access to a vast ecosystem of networks, helping you enhance performance, reduce latency, and optimise traffic routes. Getting connected is simple, just select the option that best fits your needs.

Are you located at one of our colocations?

Then you can connect to AMS-IX Bangkok directly at the colocation where we have a presence (TCCT BNDC Data Centre).

What do you need to do to join us?

  1. Own an ASN. If you don't have an ASN, you can request one at your Local or Regional Internet Registry: RIPE-NCC, APNIC, LACNIC, ARIN.
  2. Fill in the application form and order a connection in our customer portal (under the ‘Connections’ tab).
  3. Sign a Connection Agreement.

What happens once you have signed the contract?

  1. We will provide you with the demarcation/assignment details of your connection. With these, you will be able to request a cross connect (if applicable). You will also receive the IP address and instructions to configure your equipment correctly.
  2. Once you have completed the configuration (and, if applicable, the cross connect is connected), please contact our NOC team. They will help you test the connection and bring it into production.
