HR Manager

Job description

We are looking for an energetic HR Manager to help us transform our HR processes and support our future growth. Together with the management team you will build a roadmap to create a strong employee experience that engages and attracts talent. In this position you report directly to the CEO. You will provide strategic, tactical and operational HR support to the management team and lead the HR department to ensure that the business can focus on the daily operations.

Your key responsibilities

Starting with the fundamentals you will translate the organisational strategy into a concrete mid-/long-term HR strategy embedding the full employee life cycle processes including:

  • entire employee administration from hire to retire;
  • talent acquisition (incl. developing campus recruitment);
  • performance and talent management;
  • learning and development;
  • compensation and benefits;
  • and HR system & analytics.


  • You master the fundamental HR processes.
  • You have grown into a HR business partner and/or HR Manager that proactively advices the leadership team.
  • You are able to co-create strategies to grow and transform the business and our employees.

Network Engineer

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer to join our Network Operations Centre (NOC). As part of our technical team, you will work on the day-to-day operations of the Ethernet switching platform.

Key responsibilities

  • Implement solutions for new services
  • Implement solutions for platform extensions and upgrades
  • Provide second-line support to our customers worldwide, as part of our on-call rotation schedule


  • A sound IT background, specifically in the area of networking
  • Experience with the management of MPLS/VPLS, Ethernet, and IP networks, and understanding of the theoretical and practical aspects and protocols that are required to build and maintain these networks
  • Knowledge of VxLAN/eVPN is a big plus
  • Experience with configuring BGP and a good understanding of routing protocols
  • Experience with detailed technical documentation
  • Good insight in the structure and relations that make up the internet
  • Knowledge of Linux/Unix environment
  • Experience with creating automation scripts, preferably using bash and python
  • Scripting experience in Perl is a plus
  • Experience with automation tools like Ansible/Salt is highly appreciated
  • Understanding of the concept of a route server and Bird configuration experience is highly appreciated
  • Open-minded, eager to learn, able to work in a small team of highly skilled professionals, and stress-resistant.
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
  • Speaking and/or understanding at least basic Dutch is a plus

PR and Communications Specialist

Job description

We are looking for a passionate PR and Communications Specialist with exceptional writing skills and a track record in generating sustained and high-profile coverage for a B2B company. As part of the Marketing and Communications team, you will provide strategic communication counsel, develop strong relationships with journalists, partners and influencers, and manage a wide range of communication projects.

Your key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement fully integrated regional and international PR and Communications campaigns
  • Manage the local PR agency we are working with
  • Support brand awareness by developing newsworthy press releases, blogposts and pitches that can be sold to the national and international press
  • Actively identify media and editorial opportunities and respond to media inquiries from national, regional, and local press
  • Strategically prepare and coordinate media interviews and briefings that drive high impact editorial coverage
  • Develop and maintain lines of communication with media contacts and other external audience groups
  • Create and maintain editorial calendar
  • Write and edit a variety of communications for both external and internal audiences
  • Manage social media accounts: craft engaging posts, plan and monitor activities on all platforms (twitter, facebook, linkedIn, youtube)
  • Plan and coordinate the production of our annual report
  • Coordinate PR and communications activities for meetings and events and offer support in the preparation of presentations for these meetings and events

  • Bachelor/master degree in Communications

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to influence senior executives and others on communications issues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven expertise in using different styles to reflect the nature of the stakeholder, audience and message
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Dutch native and fluent in English (oral and written)

Application Manager

Job description

The Application manager provides technical support for users regarding SalesForce, FinancialForce and Coupa (with possible expansion of systems in the future). The focus of this job is to promote adoption, keep track of new releases and solutions and perform updates, i.e. add/delete users or functionality, add and maintain access profiles, workflows and custom fields etc. The Application manager also acts as a backup for the Office IT support engineer.

Your key responsibilities

  • Manage system changes
    Proactively identify and propose system improvements possibilities, manage system changes, and communicate needed system changes to users
  • Roll out releases
    Identify and manage new releases in order to roll out new features efficiently
  • Create business processes

  • 6+ years of experience of developing and managing an ERP system (FinancialForce and / or SalesForce is a plus)

Software Developer - Perl

Job description

As Developer you are providing first line support for our automated provisioning process as well as assisting in refactoring and implementing new services.

Your key responsibilities

The main objectives and activities within the role are:

  • Work on our provisioning back-end
  • Connecting our provisioning systems to the network components
  • Provide scripting support for the rest of the technical team (SysOps, NOC, WebDev, Engineering) to help monitor and automate tasks on our Linux server infrastructure


  • Experience with Perl (Python is also desirable)
  • Experience building and/or consuming REST APIs
  • Experience working with SCRUM
  • Experience with test-driven development
  • Experience of Continuous Integration is beneficial
