Steps to joining APP
AMS-IX Partnership Program Application
- Please check if you are likely to meet the following requirements for joining:
- Partner offers added value to the customer (Colocation, transit, upstream, peering support, router management, application of ASN, BGP engineering support etc.)
- Partner manages a layer 1 or 2 network to facilitate customer connections
- Partner has ability to offer professional first line support 7x2
- Partner is a perceived high quality provider with technical (IP) expertise a and a high ranking market position.
- Partner has a sound financial situation, has no bad debt history with AMS-IX. Partner is willing to send AMS-IX their key figures upon request (all information will remain confidential). Partner is willing to take credit risk by financing collective connections and invoicing the individual AMS-IX connection to their own customers.
- Contact the Partner Manager of AMS-IX BV to discuss ideas and objectives regarding the Partner program.
- Partner should arrange for an agreement with one (or more) of the AMS-IX co-locations for cable management regarding the cross-connects for its Reseller port and 10GE customers.
- Carefully read and review the Reseller Agreement. The Partner should be willing to sign the Reseller Agreement with its Appendices.
- You are welcome to apply for the AMS-IX Partner Program, please fill in the form and submit it.
- After joining the Partner Program, you can establish connections for your customers via the my.ams-ix.net Portal. Potential customers must be willing to sign the Connection Agreement (Reseller version).
After we receive the partner form, we will contact you for further steps and with a positive result send you the Partnership Agreement for signing.
