MMS Data Exchange (MDX)
AMS-IX facilitates interconnection for the Dutch mobile operators for the exchange of MMS traffic between their respective networks. The MDX is a dedicated VLAN used to exchange MMS traffic. Currently Vodafone, Telfort, T-Mobile, Orange Nederland N.V. and KPN Mobile are connected.
If you are not a member of AMS-IX yet and you wish to apply for a MDX connection, then you need to connect to AMS-IX first.
Existing AMS-IX members can use the request form in the my.ams-ix.net environment to request a new port.
