Steps to joining APP

1. Please check if you are likely to meet the following requirements for joining:
   • Partner offers added value to the customer (Colocation, transit, upstream, peering support, router management, application of ASN, BGP engineering support etc.)
   • Partner manages a layer 1 or 2 network to facilitate customer connection.
   • Partner has ability to offer professional first line support 7x24.
   • Partner is a perceived high quality provider/party with technical (IP) expertise, high ranking market position.
   • Partner has sound financial situation, has no bad debt history with AMS-IX. Partner is willing to send AMS-IX their key figures upon request (all   information will remain  confidential). Partner is willing to take credit risk by financing collective connections and invoicing the individual AMS-IX   connection to  their own customers.


2. Contact AMS-IX B.V. to discuss ideas and objectives regarding the Partner program.


3. Partner should arrange for a “collective agreement” with one (or more) of the AMS-IX housing sites for cable management of its customers.


4. Carefully read and review the Partnership Agreement. The Partner should be willing to sign this agreement. Partnership Agreement


5. You are welcome to apply for the AMS-IX Partner Program, please fill in the form below and submit it.


6. After joining the Partner Program, you can establish connections for your customers via the New Customer Entry Form on our Partner Portal. Potential customers must be willing to sign the Side Letter, that will be added to the regular AMS-IX Connection Agreement.

After we receive the form, we will contact you for further steps and send you the Partnership Agreement for signing.
